There are 3 possibilities how to get to Abtei: from Bruneck, through the Gröden Valley or across the Falzarego Pass. After half an hour you reach the 3 villages: St. Leonhard, Stern and St. Kassian.
Altogether they are known by the name of Abtei or Badia. At the foot of Mount Heiligkreuzkofel and near the breathtaking Armentarola meadows you can go on long excursions and hiking tours and so explore the Nature Parks of Puez Geisler and Fanes Sennes Prags. In winter the skiing resorts of Kronplatz and Alta Badia invite you to spend thrilling skiing holidays in Abtei. Abtei turns almost everybody into an active holiday maker!
