Percha, at the foot of Kronplatz

Percha is a village near Bruneck, at 972 meters in height, at the foot of the most famous mountain in South Tyrol, Kronplatz in Pustertal. It has very ancient origins, here once stood the glacier of Rienz.

Perca is surely the ideal holiday destination for mountain nature and tranquility lovers! Percha is near a natural park, that offers possibilities for wonderful excursions. Here you can admire also the Pyramids of the Earth, a real natural monuments carved into the rock at 1550-1750 m in height. It can be reached by car following the signs for Oberwielenbach and Plata by car and than by a walk of half an hour. The hotels are not numerous in Perca and this ensures less confusion, especially during high season.

Thanks to the new and modern skilift Pecha is connected directly to Kronplatz! In only few minutes you can reach the ski resort number 1 ski in South Tyrol. The lift of Percha is right near the train station, ideal for a visit to the near Hochpustertal.
