From the idyllic mountain village you can undertake many walking tours to Alta Badia, to the Pustertal Valley and into the Dolomites. You absolutely have to see the waterfalls of “Ciastlins” and the mysterious spring of “San Vi”: you will surely be enchanted!
St. Vigil in Enneberg is considered one of the origins of Ladin culture and even today many century-old farms are still inhabited and so they help to keep the local traditions and costumes alive even nowadays. Don’t forget to take a look at the village La Pli, one of the most original settlements of Badia, and its pilgrimage church, which is really worth a visit.
In summer we recommend biking tours on and around the Kronplatz. Try trail nr. 8: this path is one of the most thrilling tracks to explore the impressive mountain! Don’t miss going on a number of trekking tours in Alta Badia, around Pedratsches, Kolfuschg or St. Kassian. You will like these pristine Ladin villages!
