Stern enchants!
The village Stern (Star) in South Tyrol really is a star among many tourist areas, especially because its landscape is of such magnificent beauty. Be it the ‘illuminated rock faces’ of the Heiligkreuzkofels (Trinity Crag), Lavarella and Conturines or the peaks of the Fanesgruppe as well as the Sellastock somewhat further in the background, this unique scenario will make any holiday an ideal event.
Around the castle ‘Ciastel Colz’, there is many a hotel that is located within closest proximity to the skiing resorts of Alta Badia and Sella Ronda. Should you happen to pay this lovely place a visit in summer, you may well find it enticing to go for a ride on a horse-carriage through open fields, where you can see farmers work or hear books chortle.
